Hi! I'm Amber and I am passionate about helping you as you navigate through difficult challenges in your life. I believe in the healing power of nature and that we are all connected. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space that allows you to freely express yourself without judgment. I have experienced and overcome many hardships in my own life, including divorce. I feel that my purpose is to help others find their own unique path and flow. I hope to guide you towards discovery of your inner strength through providing insight, awareness, and support through your own unique journey.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples within a holistic framework within anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, divorce, inner child healing, self-empowerment, trauma, and spirituality. I utilize a combination of ecotherapy techniques, power of the present moment, sand-tray, existentialism, person-centered, strength-based and Jungian methods.
My hope is that you leave the counseling session feeling lighter than you did when you first walked in. Releasing your thoughts and negative energy allows your body and mind to begin to heal. Change does not happen overnight, but if you invest in the journey instead of the end result, you will begin positive transformations little by little.
