Change in life is inevitable, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck in the chaos. My passion is helping people learn how to handle life changes successfully. I love seeing people grow and blossom as they overcome the challenges life throws their way. I help my clients thrive by aiding them to identify their patterns and habits that interfere with their growth. I believe my job is to empower you to improve your life.

Therapy isn’t a one size fits all. I use a collaborative approach to identify your goals, and we work together so you can achieve them. My therapeutic style is eclectic, though I pull mostly from person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral modalities. As a result, I’m able to adapt to effectively work with a variety of people and issues.
