As a Clinical Psychologist in private practice with children, adolescents, and their parents since 1993, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, including exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. Treatment includes clarifying the problem and diagnosis, teaching skills and coaching. Parents are included in treatment, including parent coaching. I am passionate about teaching to help clients calm their brains and face their fears.
I specialize in treating anxiety in children through young adults, ages 4-25 years old.
