I use a combination of therapeutic approaches, such as positive psychology, CBT and healthy coping skills identification, which are selected case by case to suit the specific needs of each unique client. I also utilize meditation and mindfulness techniques that can be combined with a spiritual focus (such as chakra and crystal work) for interested clients.
