I have extensive experience in Christian counseling, including religious trauma. I offer support with depression, anxiety, self-harm, bi-polar disorder, grief and loss, self-esteem, communication, and relationship issues. I also specialize with clients with ADHD and ASD related issues. I complete assessments for ADHD through private pay, as needed. Using an emotionally focused couples therapy approach, I help find fulfillment in marriage through effective communication, boundaries and overcoming obstacle and applying Christian principles.
I offer a Biblically based approach to teens, young adults, adults and couples. I have extensive experience serving individuals needing support with depression, anxiety, self-harm, bi-polar disorder, grief and loss, self-esteem, chronically ill, ADHD, ASD-related issues along with ADHD assessments, communication, and relationship issues.
I aim to walk along side of you (sometimes just sit in it as well), encouraging you to build strength and endurance. While building skills for you to continually renew your mind and bring joy into your journey.
