I'm not a typical "talk therapist". My clients are looking to accomplish their goals and move on with life. Overcoming your trauma, depression/anxiety, and communication issues is possible. You can also learn to look safely inward and like what you see. Using the right type of therapy affects how quickly and well you heal. I use a blend of Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. My passion for therapy runs high with motivated and open-minded clients.
Like the Zen proverb, I believe "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear."
