My passion is helping children and their families overcome barriers by empowering them with the skills and strategies to be the best they can be. I have significant experience working with children and families to address parenting concerns, child behaviors at home and school, and overall relationship and family dynamic concerns. As a solution-focused, strengths-based therapist, I use multiple modes of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Life can be challenging at times and these difficulties can negatively impact our mental health and relationships. I am here to provide support so that you do not have to face these challenges alone. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives. Together, we will work to explore experiences, create an individualized plan and learn new skills/tools.
