Welcome! I'm a licensed professional counselor associate dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for young individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is rooted in person-centered principles, recognizing the unique value and worth of each individual. I graduated from St. Edward's University with a masters degree in professional counseling. I am currently supervised by Faith Smith , LPC-S.
I integrate evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, Somatic Experiencing and Play Therapy to support children, adolescents and young adults in developing coping skills, managing emotions, and navigating life's challenges. My goal is to empower young individuals to discover their strengths, build resilience, and foster a positive sense of self.
