Hi, I’m Amber—a Denver-based therapist dedicated to helping women heal from trauma, reclaim their lives, and break through the barriers holding them back. I specialize in working with women who are highly self-aware yet still feel stuck, and need something beyond traditional talk therapy. Whether it's unresolved trauma or life transitions that feel overwhelming, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore these challenges and move forward. I also work with a diverse range of clients, offering support that is culturally sensitive and inclusive, particularly for those navigating trauma.
I use a combination of modalities to effect change, especially for clients with treatment-resistant diagnoses. I integrate talk therapy with brainspotting, a powerful technique for deep trauma processing . In 2025, I’ll expand my practice to include animal-assisted and psilocybin-assisted therapy, offering even more support for your healing journey.
