I'm a therapist for women who are having a hard time with their relationships and career identity. This is usually coupled with also having anxiety or depressive symptoms. I love supporting women as they navigate the complexities of figuring out who they are, what they want, and how to bring that to reality. I also have specialized training in supporting women dealing with infertility and the transformation of pregnancy.
My approach to therapy is multi-modal, meaning I use several evidence based modalities and I customize them to meet your specific needs. What's more important to know though is that my approach is rooted in empathy and its my goal to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
