As a thriving mental health therapist, I have a great deal of passion for helping others navigate their lives. The level of empathy and compassion I have for others allows me to build a strong client-therapist alliance. I utilize the empathy gained through my own lived experiences to create a safe space for healing and transformation. I'm currently utilizing EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and other forms of therapy to decrease levels of distress, improve the client's overall well-being and sense of self as well as assist them in living a richer quality of life.

To strengthen and empower my clients, I provide hope through a client-centered, strengths based approach to help clients with self-exploration to navigate their own experiences and adopt healthier perceptions of themselves.
