Hard things happen in all our lives. Some by our own choosing and some very much not. In any of these moments, we often need someone else to guide us through as we rediscover our own strengths. I believe that therapy is a great step no matter how large or small you might consider your reasons for considering therapy. I have a collaborative approach to mental health where I will join you on your journey and together, we can create meaning from your personal story.
My sincere hope is that my non-judgmental and accepting approach will offer a welcoming and safe place where clients of all backgrounds can feel empowered to achieve their own change. The first call to make an appointment is the hardest. Once you are ready for that, I'll be there to walk alongside you in your next steps.
I accept clients ages 18 and older and work with individuals, couples and families. I am an LGBTQIA ally passionate about treating complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and relationship / family conflict. I offer sessions on Mondays through Thursdays, 9am - 4pm (last session scheduled at 3pm).
