I work with traditional and nontraditional relationship dynamics and family systems. This includes working with LGBTQ+, ethically non-monogamous, and those in monogamous relationships. I assist people in building healthy relationships, and I also work with those experiencing issues with infidelity. In individual therapy I work with trauma, eating disorders, OCD, bi-polar, anxiety and depression, everyday life issues, and family trauma.
I am solutions focused and incorporate DBT skills, somatic, attachment and mindfulness skills. I work well with all relationship types, but with a particular focus on high-conflict and relationships at risk of termination.
