Whether you have an eating disorder, body image distress, symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, or are trying to navigate stressful circumstances in your life, I believe that there is hope for a fuller life.
I have experience working in multiple levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. Because of this experience, I am sensitive and informed in supporting clients in safely stabilizing while also addressing the underlying pain.
My goal is to meet each client where they are while providing a safe, curious, and compassionate approach. I am trained in attachment focused EMDR and Brainspotting. I am an anti diet therapist and invite clients within the LGBTQ+ community to reach out.
