We help the child who has been struggling with divorce, behavioral issues, & regulating emotions by providing a safe spot to feel seen, heard, & accepted to create healthy change. Our sessions will prioritize trust in the therapeutic relationship to process life’s challenges, by the power of play! Oftentimes children will feel like they’re just having fun. That’s the experience we prioritize they have! But actually through their play, we are processing their life situations & learning coping skills. As counselors, we encourage our clients to openly share their challenges, and together, we carry the load until it's time to let go.
We use child-centered play therapy when working with kiddos. Play therapy provides a safe space for kids to express their inner struggles by using the language they know best: play. If play therapy isn't the right fit, we transition to cognitive-behavioral theory to help kids explore their feelings, thoughts, deep beliefs and connect them to their behaviors.

We’ll focus on understanding our worries and nervousness, taking control of our thoughts, and strengthening our conversational skills. This group is aimed to provide a safe space to step out of our comfort zone, all while utilizing arts & crafts to create connections with others close in age.

Join my 4-week group aimed at teens struggling with social anxiety, difficulty noticing conversational cues, or longing to create connections with peers. Together, we'll use creativity to build our social skills, build self-confidence, and gain new connections. This group would be best for teenagers between 15-17 years old!
