As a Licensed Masters Level Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in human services and over 10 years of clinical experience, as well as a mother of three who has navigated many of my own bumps along the way, I would be honored to be such a guide. A nurturer by nature, I offer a modern approach to mental health caregiving that blends mind-body practices like yoga and mindfulness with evidence-based treatment models.
I have advanced training and extensive experience in the areas of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Coaching with children and adults.
