My mission in therapy is to provide a safe, open space to help you identify your strengths, develop skills, create goals, and work through challenges in your life.
I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings with people struggling with a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues, and emotional dysregulation. I have found the process most rewarding when we are able to work together openly.
I strive to remain empathetic, supportive and authentic as we work together in this therapeutic relationship.
