My style of therapy is a creative mix of cognitive, behavioral and reality approaches with a big dose of humor and warmth added. What does all that mean? The basic issues that bring someone into therapy will impact the type of work which will be complete together within each session. Therapy is a conversation between two working towards a holistic goal.
A person who comes into therapy for feelings of depression will have different goals and challenges verses someone who comes in for anxiety issues. I believe an effective practice combines intuition and knowledge to create the most ideal solution for you, as an individual.
