Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I’m so glad you’ve decided to consider taking this first step in pursuing support. I want our sessions together to feel comfortable, safe, and meaningful. While I do my best to tailor therapy sessions to each individuals' goals and preferences, I do hope that over time I can help you learn to give yourself the gift of more self-compassion as you continue to navigate the various seasons of life.
I've had past experience in a variety of outpatient clinics as a medical social worker as well as in the nonprofit sector providing grief support for families. My areas of clinical interest vary - from helping those who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, processing grief & navigating loss, to adjusting to new or stressful life circumstances.
I am a Telehealth only therapist - with sessions primarily being offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
