For close to 10 years I have worked with children, adolescents, and their families, helping them to navigate challenging situations, behavioral concerns, and ongoing issues related to trauma. Additionally, I specialize in working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, relationship issues, family issues, and life transitions.
I utilize evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I combine various interventions and focus on a person centered approach to best address the unique needs of each of my clients.
It takes courage to initiate therapy and I am committed to assisting individuals in this process and working alongside them to obtain their treatment goals. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation to making real and lasting change.
