I work with people who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, who may be feeling less connected to themselves, or are struggling in relationships. I enjoy working with my clients to help them learn to manage difficult emotions, process past trauma, and live in closer alignment with their values.
Through a strength based approach, I utilize techniques from various modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Additionally, I have 10+ years of experience working with individuals and their families to overcome the effects of a Substance Use Disorder.
