As an avid runner, I believe there is a strong connection between the mind and body and I try to incorporate a holistic approach in therapy. Whether it is offering nutritional suggestions on foods that help alleviate depressive symptoms, or helping you identify a form of exercise that helps you alleviate your stress and anxiety, I look at you as a ‘whole person’ rather than a collection of symptoms.
Often described as patient and calm, I utilize these traits to create a safe space for you to explore your difficulties and find solutions. Practicing from a solution-focused perspective I believe that even the smallest changes are a step in the right direction.
