Therapy is a very personal, sometimes uncomfortable, experience. I offer therapy that is respectful and nonjudgmental. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to design your treatment in order to meet your specific needs.
I have experience working with many different issues and concerns including trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, sexuality and gender identity. I have worked in clinic settings alongside medical and psychiatric providers and have extensive knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Additionally, I have supervised and trained other therapists.
