Welcome! My goal as a licensed therapist is to create a safe place for you to feel comfortable and supported. I do not look at therapy as a “one size fits all” approach, instead I enjoy utilizing different modalities to best fit and support the individual client. Some approaches that I utilize can range from strength and evidence-based approaches to mindfulness practices. I enjoy incorporating the client's interests into our sessions, which creates a personal, fun, and interesting outlook on interventions and therapy as a whole!
I have experience working with individuals of all ages, addressing presenting problems related to: autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school related issues and concerns, and significant life transitions.
