I have experience working with all ages. Specific areas of specialty include trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, family therapy and transition into motherhood and parenting guidance. I use nervous system approaches to help you understand your patterns for coping, trauma responses and support you in moving out of survival mode.
My style of therapy is to make the environment welcoming, and supportive. I want my clients to feel heard, and feel closer to listening to their inner voice and live in alignment with their values.
