My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence based. Depending on your needs and preferences, I may offer Restoration Therapy, Play Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused and/ or Mindfulness Based practices while maintaining a trauma informed lens.
