Hi! If you are searching this website, you are likely in need of support in some manner. Sometimes life brings issues that can seem overwhelming in the moment or past experiences can seem to trouble us for years into the present. Whether it be symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, or any other bothersome symptoms that interfere with your life, I can assist in your journey to wellness and healing! I have a lot empathy for those I serve. I withhold judgment and I truly care. I've had my own experiences that have also lead to my ability to assist others, especially those with trauma.
I've had the great pleasure to work with a diverse client base, including those suffering from addiction, PTSD, major depression, general anxiety, and dissassociative identify disorder, Bipolar, among others. I use CBT, DBT, IPSRT, and a person-centered approach.
I am very much a believer in the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client and the collaborative process that occurs. Each person has their own strengths and abilities to help them cope with life. During therapy, each person can build on their strengths and learn how to emotionally cope with daily life in a healthy way.
