I love working with many different populations and ages. I truly enjoy a variety. My clients clients tend to be eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their feelings and situation and are unsure what to do next. In my experience through my years as a provider, my clients find me very approachable, non judgmental, an active listener, supportive and goal oriented. Im eager to learn about you as a person as well as what is important to you.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a specific therapeutic plan with agreed upon goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions. This also allows us to measure your symptom improvement and goal achievements over time.
