I am specialized in areas around women's health and mental health experiences, including perinatal wellness( pregnancy, birth and postpartum), attachment, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. Parenthood and the path to parenthood releases symptoms we never expected, and old wounds that we never thought would surface and rupture. I believe mental health is your intrinsic right. My approach is supportive, holistic, non-judgmental, and trauma informed. I view this as a collaborative relationship to help foster healing and discover new growth. I utilize mindfulness, somatic- based practices, EMDR and attachment based-therapy. I am endorsed in Infant Mental Health and specialize in perinatal mood disorders.
