I believe that healing can occur when we feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-exploration, open and genuine connections can allow us to grow and build the skills needed for change. I approach therapy as a collaborative process in which we work together to increase understanding and awareness. A strong therapeutic relationship can be a powerful tool to promote healing, and I aim to create a safe environment that allows clients to be their authentic selves.
I currently work with adolescents and adults, and I'm passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ population. My professional experience includes helping clients work through anxiety, depression, and identity concerns. I use evidence-based modalities in my work, and I am level 1 trained in Radically Openalectical Behavior Therapy .
