I use different types of therapy depending on what we agree will be most helpful after I get to know you some. I am certified in EMDR, have completed Level One IFS training, as well as Level Two in IFIO for working with couples. In my experience these therapies work well to heal wounds at the core, allowing you to resume a life you love to live.
I know what it is like to live life in an overwhelmed state, hoping that tomorrow I can hit the reset button and start new - only to find myself in the same loop the next day.
