I help individuals throughout all stages of life, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood, aiming to provide a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to grow in their goals and maintain a feeling of stability and strength. I also provide clinical supervision to those seeking LCSW licensure.

Depending on the session and individual needs, clients can expect to learn how they process information and how their thoughts, emotions, physical feelings and actions are all linked. With this, I empower clients to live more enriched, mindful lives.

Clients can also expect to give narrative to past trauma to help work through grief and loss, as well as find active solutions to current problems.
