I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups working on issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, social skills, anger management, and parenting. CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and/or Motivational Interviewing have been highly beneficial for helping clients. I am also certified as a success and life coach.
