With a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies – Applied Human Behavior from Northern Arizona University and ongoing membership in the American Counseling Association, I bring a passion for helping others that has guided my career from the start.My experience includes working at a substance abuse treatment facility for pregnant and parenting women, where I supported clients facing substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, and low self-esteem. I have also worked with adolescents, young adults.

I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as needed, recognizing that each individual requires a personalized approach.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals with symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and various traumas, including PTSD.
