Welcome to my practice! I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic partnership in supporting personal growth. I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space, where you can understand and work through your emotions and the stressors that you face in your life. So many teens are struggling with anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship, school, and social difficulties. I have a great deal of experience supporting teens as they navigate these challenges. I also deeply enjoy working with moms, from pregnancy on. Motherhood is the most wonderful, important, and challenging role that we may play in our lives.
Together, we can discover your strengths and work to develop the skills that you need to live a more balanced and joyful life. I utilize a range of strategies, including mindfulness, and challenging and restructuring thoughts that are getting in your way. I aim to promote feelings of self-worth and compassion that are necessary for fulfillment and growth.
Life can feel really hard at times, and we all go through periods when support is necessary! Living through a pandemic comes with extra challenges and stressors. I commend you for taking this first step on your journey to feeling better. I invite you to contact me to see if I may be a good fit for you.
