Currently accepting new clients. - In my practice, I work with colleges students, adults and couples seeking support in their relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, anxiety, parenting and everyday stressors. I believe therapy is a place to learn more about ourselves to find a sense of balance and improve our quality of life. I provide a safe and compassionate space for self reflection and support clients with identifying their own strengths, hidden child wounds, boundaries and self care strategies for overall growth and wellbeing.
I am an advocate for holistic health. My therapeutic approach comes from a client-centered & strengths based foundation. I incorporate mind-body techniques including meditation & mindfulness & essential oils. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, and the expressive arts to help create change of our conditioned neuropathways.
The most important relationship in our lives is the one we have with ourselves. I genuinely believe if we can heal and nurture this relationship then we are setting ourselves up with the individual tools to navigate the challenges of everyday life.
