I provide in-person and virtual talk therapy for individual adults and teens. My clients struggle with interpersonal relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety and many other life challenges. Adversity is a part of all of our lives and sometimes we get stuck. We can usually identify patterns that negatively impact our relationships, work, and overall health. I support clients in exploring their unique patterns, creating purposeful solutions, and developing the confidence they need to design a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
We manage our internal and relational distress based on our lived-experiences. I help my clients to examine their unique responses to individual and relational stressors. Using trauma-informed approaches, we make sense if these responses and find alternatives. I am informed by Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic, and Gestalt Therapy.
My goal is to provide the type of support that empowers you to identify your strengths, develop more robust regulation skills, and deepen your connections with yourself and others.
