I know what it's like to feel lost, confused, and as though you're stuck at a crossroads with no directions. I also know how important connection and understanding are in those times. I believe the beauty of therapy is how it can disentangle the confusion, revealing profound change, empowerment, and freedom. I can work with individuals or couples encountering a variety of concerns. I am particularly experienced to help clients navigating through relationship issues such as codependency, boundaries, infidelity, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I am drawn to help women recovering from abusive relationships and trauma.
I provide neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed care that emphasizes understanding and compassion. I have experience with ADHD and Autism, specializing in high-masking, late-diagnosed trauma. I have an holistic and shame reducing approach. I have experience with IFS and use the parts framework to help unlock new insights and understandings.
I am a married mom of 3 young children. Besides my schooling, my knowledge and understanding of life's strain on our mental health comes from my personal experiences with neurodivergence, complex relational issues, and challenging my assumptions about myself and the world.
