I draw from trauma-informed training and utilize various modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the Expressive Therapies. I recognize successful treatment varies with an individual's unique needs and strengths. I serve adolescents and adults experiencing the effects of disordered eating/movement, depression, anxiety, and identity conflict.
My philosophy is rooted in self-empowerment, open curiosity, and values work. Your past experiences do not define you as a person.
