As humans, we all have the capacity for change. Part of our work in therapy will be examining your "why" to make positive adaptations to your present day experiences that better align with your values. We will explore difficult life patterns and develop fresh perspectives over time. This gradual work requires vulnerability and I am here to listen and move in the direction of your personal breakthroughs. Join me in creating a grounded, inclusive space for reflection, transparency, and self-compassion as you learn to navigate the highs, lows, and unpredictability that life brings.
I draw from trauma-informed training and utilize various modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the Expressive Therapies. I recognize successful treatment varies with an individual's unique needs and strengths. I serve adolescents and adults experiencing the effects of disordered eating/movement, depression, anxiety, and identity conflict.
My philosophy is rooted in self-empowerment, open curiosity, and values work. Your past experiences do not define you as a person. In our work together, I will support you through life’s challenges and the transformative potential they present. I draw from lived experience, taking a humanistic and relational stance to foster a self-directed treatment plan.
