I believe in providing a safe space for children and their parents to feel connected and supported. I am passionate about meeting each client where he/she is and finding each person's and each family's individual strengths and areas of growth we will work towards together. I work with toddlers, children, and teens in collaboration with their parents. I am also a therapist to moms. The transition to motherhood can be overwhelming and multifaceted and I believe support is necessary through this process. Through connection, I believe both children and mothers can feel like their authentic selves.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and their families in both New York and Connecticut. I have worked in schools and privately with children and families providing emotional support, play based therapy, behavior support plans, and targeting coping strategies for children and mothers.
Therapy shouldn't feel like another obstacle to overcome and I am available to come to you for sessions in the home. I work in the home to provide support to children and families in their natural environment with real, on the spot solutions. I also work with prenatal and postpartum mothers and believe in making this care accessible by coming to you.
