My passion is for helping people grow their self-confidence, improve communication skills, and build resilience. I work with Women, adolescents, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, low-self esteem, and stressful life transitions. Through working with me, clients enhance their current coping skills, establish new effective coping skills, and heal past trauma. As a LGBTQIA+ allied therapist I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to everyone who comes to see me. This also includes people from various faiths and cultural backgrounds.
LQBGTIA+ issues, borderline personality disorder, trauma, parent-child conflict, self-harm, and recovery maintenance are additional issues I have experience working with. My diverse background allows me to remain open to my client's perspective and integrate various techniques to help clients reach treatment goals.
15 minute consultations are always free and available if you want to learn more about my practice!
