If you’re feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, peer relationships, school and work pressure know that you’re not alone—seeking support through challenging and confusing times is a strength.
I understand the unique pressures that come with adolescence and young adulthood. I am able to resonate and connect with clients on a level that feels personal and non judgmental. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, which allows clients to feel heard, less alone, understood and to learn self-acceptance, and emotional regulation.
