I have spent the last 15+ years working in a variety of settings. Those included working with adolescents at a residential treatment facility, adolescents at risk for out-of-home placement, family therapy, trauma treatment for children and adults, and assisting women through pregnancy and postpartum challenges including pregnancy loss and birth trauma.
I have a collaborative, strength-based, trauma-informed approach to working with clients. I work to meet the client where they are and provide support, skills and resources to help the client meet their goals! I am trained in many different modalities to help with a variety of these life challenge.
