Welcome, finding support is scary and I would love to be a part of your healing journey. I strive to create a safe space for everyone and to acknowledge our unique differences. I enjoy working with ages 16+ in individual, group, & family settings. I believe that increased awareness gives space for growth. I also focus on how brain function and somatic experience impact your wellbeing. I work with trauma and people of all identities collaboratively.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in Texas, and I am pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of North Texas. I specialize in and can offer Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). I have a certificate as a human animal intervention specialist (CHAIS). My therapy partner, Willow, is a golden retriever.
