| español Tu Futuro Denver, PLLC is a bilingual (Spanish & English) therapy practice that will feature in person appointments starting 9/5/2024. I have over 20 years experience working in the mental health field. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and specifically people who are uniquely different and/or have intersectional marginalized identities. I start by assessing the person and situation, developing an agreed upon treatment plan that will first focus on symptom reduction and coping skills. For those who want to, we can explore your family of origin to help uncover the sources of your beliefs and behaviors.
Treatment with me is individually focused using behavioral, psychodynamic and interpersonal methods. I have completed several LGBTQ+ trainings. Specifically the Behavioral Health Provider Training Program through Envision:You. I believe in assessing the whole person and understanding people in their cultural and social context.
