My areas of clinical experience are adoption, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, premarital/marital counseling, women's issues, divorce, ADHD & OCPD. I am certified as a facilitator in Prepare & Enrich and enjoy working with couples using Emotion Focused Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and offer that approach to those with trauma.
I long to help individuals become aware of unconscious material that might awaken an understanding of present inner pain masking as symptoms. A welcoming safe space is provided to attain this. I will walk alongside of you in your journey of self-discovery and healing. The therapeutic space is sacred & one that is co-created between client and therapist.
