I offer therapeutic and psychological evaluation services to youth and adolescents who are struggling with a myriad of problems. I am highly trained and skilled in trauma based therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I specialize in helping youth who experience mood disorders or mood instability, adolescents who have emerging personality traits that are difficult to manage, and young people who may have experienced trauma in life. My goal is to increase knowledge, coping skills, and awareness of one's own behavior and thought processes to help them lead a happy and healthy life for the long term.
I have worked in both clinical and school-based settings providing behavioral and mental health services to youth, adolescents, and families. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Utah State Hospital in Provo, Utah working with adults and adolescents to provide trauma-based therapies and dialectical behavior therapy in group and individual settings.
I am passionate about helping youth and adolescents explore their developing identity and cope through a difficult stage in life. I aim to support an entire family unit by providing helpful consultation to caregivers and evidence-based skills to adolescents that can be used in any setting. If you are looking for support, please do not hesitate to reach out.
