Through this strength-based approach, I believe a person can be empowered to take control of their life. By exploring one's psychology, culture, system, and spirituality I believe one will find the strength within themselves to change.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples. Some of my areas of focus include: marriage, relationship issues, adolescents, woman's issues, trust issues, life transitions, and spirituality. My background is in church ministry where I worked with children and families.
I know life can be overwhelming and a lot to face on your own. I would consider it a privilege to hear your story and see how I can best support you.
