I have experience working with adolescents and adults, and I specialize in working with the geriatric population and those experiencing other aging related concerns. I strive to incorporate a variety of modalities into my therapy practice to ensure that my client’s diverse needs and goals are being addressed appropriately.
These modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, strengths-based perspective and solution focused approaches.
