Working through relational issues and building new relationships can feel overwhelming. Oftentimes, we find ourselves in conflict with ourselves and others in the midst of not knowing or understanding how to both build and maintain relationships in ways that help us. This can contribute to our own mental health struggles, including depression, anxiety, and relational trauma responses. It’s for these reasons I focus much of my work with my clients on healthy relationship building while working on treating these struggles as we go.
I strive to create an in-session environment that is conducive to making progress and building on the strengths and experiences that my clients have. I work with clients 16 and up and specialize in relationship building, relational trauma, women's issues, life transitions, and young adults navigate dating.
My goal is to help my clients feel heard and supported as we work together toward authentic change. I specialize and utilize direct and compassionate therapeutic techniques to help people who are struggling with their relationships to feel empowered to live as their true selves. I have daytime, late afternoon/after school, and evening availability.
